- Select either 4 or 8 day hire (4 day is best for weekend hires, 8 day is best for holiday hires)

- Select start date 1-2 days before your event date (it will automatically highlight the duration which will tell you the return date)

- At checkout, confirm either pick up or delivery

- Secure your booking by paying in full

- Once booked, you will receive an email confirmation and details when your dress has been dispatched or ready for pickup

- Follow our Garment Care Guide once garment is in your possession.

- On or before your end date, simply return your dress in its original satchel with the included return express label, or for pickups, simply take directly to Cammy's Dry Cleaning in Griffith.

- Ensure that you return it by the due return date to avoid late fees. See our Returns Policy for more details.

Postal Hires (Australia-Wide)

• Please select starting date 1-2 days before your event to allow enough time for your dress to arrive (let us know your exact event date in the notes section when checking out).
• Make sure to select the Express Return Shipping at checkout.
• Dresses are shipped 3-4 business days before your hire period.
• Each parcel includes a prepaid Express return label for easy returns.

Returning Your Dress

• Lodge your return by 2PM the next business day after your event.
• Return your dress in its original postal satchel
• Keep your tracking receipt as proof of return.

Late Returns

• A late fee of 50% of the total hire fee applies each day until the dress is lodged.
• If a dress is not returned within 7 days, the full retail value will be charged to cover replacement costs.

Please follow these guidelines to minimise as much damage as possible:

• Hang up the dress as soon as you arrive home to minimise creasing
• If you are using fake tan, apply at least 2 days before your event & wash off at least twice or three times before wearing your garment
• Avoid wearing jewellery that is prone to snagging on fabric
• Avoid using crossbody bags or straps with a chain to minimise excess rubbing and/or thread pulls on fabric

Cancellation Fees

• $45 for hires under $200
• $75 for hires $200 and over

Refund Eligibility

• More than 48 hours before hire start: Partial refund minus the cancellation fee.
• Within 48 hours of hire start: Eligible for a store credit (valid for 12 months).
• After collection or dispatch: No refunds or credits can be issued.
