Adding a Backup Dress is perfect if you’re unsure which size or style will suit you best for your event.

 

How the Backup Dress Works

If you’d like to add a second size or style to your booking:

1. Add both dresses to your cart.
2. Read & acknowledge the Terms & Conditions before checkout.
3. At checkout, enter the discount code BACKUPDRESS to receive 50% off your second dress.
4. Complete checkout to confirm both bookings.

 

Both dresses will arrive together for you to try at home.

 

Returns & Refunds for Backup Dresses

The Backup Dress fee is non-refundable.

Here’s how it works:

• If you wear one dress (either primary or backup): You will not be refunded for the unworn dress.
• If you wear the Backup Dress instead of the primary: We do not refund the difference in price between the two.
• If you wear neither dress (both returned with tags attached and unworn): You will be refunded the booking fee for the primary dress only. The Backup Dress fee remains non-refundable.
• Exchanges are not available for either the primary or the back-up dress.

 

Important Notes

• Backup dresses are subject to availability.
• Both dresses must be returned following our Returns Policy.
• If either dress is returned late, damaged, or without its tag, additional fees may apply. See our Damage Policy for details.
