Can’t make it in-store? Try on your dream dress from home with our Try-On by Post service.

 

How It Works

1. Select “Try-On by Post” on the product page.
2. We’ll send your chosen dress via Express Post.
3. You’ll have 24 hours to try it on.
4. Return the dress using the prepaid satchel the next business day before 2pm.

 

Details & Conditions

• Try-on hires are valid for 24 hours only.
• For dresses worth between $199 - $499 retail = $49
• For dresses worth between $500 - $999 retail = $99
• Dresses worth over $999 retail will not be eligible for the try-on service.
• The try-on hire fee applies to cover cleaning plus $25 for the return satchel.
• If your dress doesn’t fit or suit, you’ll receive a store credit (valid 12 months).
• If it fits and you'd like to hire for your event, contact us to receive a discount code for your booking.
• Refunds & exchanges are not available for try-on hires
• Damage, loss, or late return fees apply per our Returns & Damage Policy.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Our terms and conditions for hire still apply. Postal try-ons are intended for fitting purposes only. If there are any marks/smells (tan, dirt, perfume etc.) then you will be charged a cleaning fee. You will be charged the entire hire price if we have reason to believe the item was worn. You are responsible for the garment during the time you have it and are liable for any damage or theft. Not all garments will be available to try on via post. Some of our garments are very popular and we won’t have time for a postal try on service. Please contact us first to see if the garment you wish to try on is available.
