Returns Policy

Returning Your Dress

All postal hires include a prepaid Express return label. Please ensure your dress is:

  • Lodged by 2pm on the next business day after your event.
  • Returned in its original garment bag.
  • Accompanied by your provided return satchel/tracking number.

 

Late Returns

Late returns affect other customers’ bookings. A late fee of 50% of the total hire fee applies each day until the dress is lodged. After 7 days, replacement costs may apply. 

  

Cleaning & Damages

  • Professional cleaning is included in your hire fee.
  • You are not charged for minor wear (loose threads, faint marks, missing buttons).
  • You are responsible for major stains, tears, or lost garments.

If the item is deemed unwearable, you will be invoiced for its replacement value.
