Booking & Hire Policy
How to Book
- All hires are to be booked strictly via the website.
- Select your hire dates using the product calendar.
- Ensure the hire start date aligns with your event. We recommend setting the start date of your hire a day before your event for pick-ups and at least 2 days before your postal bookings.
- Complete checkout and payment to confirm your booking.
Payment Method
Bookings are only confirmed once full payment is received.
Payments methods include Credit Card, Apple Pay or PayPal.
We do not accept cash.
Hire Period
Standard hire periods are 4 or 8 days, beginning on your chosen start date. Dresses must be returned by the agreed return date to avoid late fees.
Responsibility
Once delivered, the dress is your responsibility until it’s scanned for return. Please take care to avoid tan transfer, spillage, or damage. See below care guide:
- Hang the dress up as soon as possible to avoid creasing
- Wash your tan off twice at least 24 hours before wearing your garment
- Avoid jewellery & cross-body bags that is prone to snagging on fabric
- If the dress gets stained do not try to clean it yourself, we will take care of that with the dry cleaners. For any major stains, please contact us immediately.

Bonds & ID Verification
- High-value gowns may require a refundable bond or photo ID verification before dispatch or collection to protect against fraudulent bookings.
- Bonds are refunded once the dress is returned in its original condition.
