Shipping Policy

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Express Post to ensure your dress arrives quickly and safely. A prepaid return label is included in every parcel for convenient returns.

 

Dispatch & Delivery

  • Select the starting date 2 days before your event to ensure it arrives on time.
  • Dresses are dispatched 2–3 business days before your hire period begins.
  • Most Express deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
  • You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.

 

Last Minute Bookings

We recommend booking your dress at least 4 business days before your event to allow adequate time for dispatch and delivery.

  • Tuesday cut-off for weekend events interstate (within NSW)
  • Monday cut-off for weekend events outer state (outside of NSW)

 

Delayed Deliveries

Once your parcel has been lodged, The Perfect Pfit cannot be held responsible for postal delays or unforeseen disruptions. We’ll always assist in tracking and do our best to resolve any delivery issues promptly.

 

Return Shipping

Your hire includes a prepaid Express return satchel. Please lodge your return by 2pm on the next business day after your event.

Late returns will incur fees as outlined in our Returns Policy.
