Cancellation Fees

$45 for hires under $200

$75 for hires $200 and over

(These fees cover admin, cleaning preparation, and missed booking opportunities.)

 

Refund Eligibility

PICK-UP:

• More than 48 hours before hire start: Partial refund minus the cancellation fee.
• Within 48 hours of hire start: Eligible for a store credit (valid for 12 months).
• After collection or dispatch: No refunds or credits can be issued.

POSTAGE:

• More than 7 days before hire start: Partial refund minus the cancellation fee.
• Within 7 days of hire start: Eligible for a store credit (valid for 12 months).
• After collection or dispatch: No refunds or credits can be issued.

 

Store Credits

• A store credit equal to your full hire value may be requested anytime before the start date.
• Credits are valid for 12 months and redeemable on future hires.
