Try-on appointments are available by booking only.
A booking fee applies to all appointments and is deducted from your dress hire fee if booked within 24hrs of the try-on appointment.
This fee will be deducted from your rental cost if you go ahead with a booking within 24 hours of your try-on appointment.
Each appointment runs for a either 30 or 45 minutes to allow a comfortable fitting experience.
You may bring two guests maximum (e.g. mum, friend, or partner) to your appointment.
As we have one fitting room, punctuality is important.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be forfeited, and the booking fee will not be refunded.
If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a refund of the booking fee.
No-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
